A hilarious comedy staying close(ish) to Bram Stoker’s famous Gothic novel. With the help of 4 actors playing 27 characters, Professor Van Helsing traipses across Europe trying to convince us that the story is, in actual fact, true.

One-act Play Festival 2019

curtain-handThe near-legendary Partington Theatre One Act Play Festival now in its 26th year. Not to be missed!

Come and enjoy a great week of One-Act plays. Each evening there will be 2 or 3 short plays with a short critique by a guest adjudicator the end of the evening.

Every night a different programme of very varied one-act plays presented by theatre groups from all over the area and beyond.  New writing rubs shoulders with famous classics.  Lots to talk about!  Our guest expert will sum up the week and hand out certificates and silverware after the final play.

Tickets cost just £3 per evening or £10 for a bargain festival ticket covering all  6 evenings. Tickets can be purchased at the theatre bar or just come along and pay on the night (unreserved seating). You can reserve tickets by emailing
